Upcoming classes
boundaries + consent education based in connection + creativity
Here’s what you should know about classes at @consent.wizardry:
As soon as you register for a class, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to attend. Registration usually includes access to the recording of the class so you can rewatch it later.
Recordings are not available for sale after the class has begun; you only get them if you sign up for class in advance (unless otherwise specified). I do have some recorded classes available on their own!
I highly recommend doing the recorded What Is Consent? (free), and the Practice Saying No + Nonverbals classes alongside this workbook. For an even deeper dive, check out The Basics.
“That’s the job of emotions…to let in what’s healthy and nourishing and to keep out what’s dangerous and unwelcome.” -Gabor Maté
This workbook is meant to help you get in touch with your boundaries. Using consent frameworks, structures, and vocab, you'll begin to integrate these concepts into your thinking so you can practice consent intuitively and easily. Practice dialogues let you sharpen your consent tools. There's space for reflection and journaling as well.
This digital workbook is designed with an emphasis on consent and boundaries around interpersonal relationships and sex. You can print it out and use the designated spaces for journaling and reflection, or use your own notebook.
You’ll receive a link to download this book after you purchase it. Please respect my personal boundaries around this book: It is for you to use. The pdf and link is not meant to be shared nor reproduced anywhere and is only for personal use. However, feel free to share about it on social media and with friends!

Sept 3-week
Boundaries + Consent for People Pleasers
with Mia
VIRTUAL: Tuesdays and Thursdays, September 8-22, 10am-noon PT / 1pm-3pm ET
Are you giving past your capacity and then resenting other people for it? Are you struggling to feel your boundaries? Do you freeze when it’s time to say “no”?
If you frequently find yourself in this state of people pleasing, you’re likely concerning yourself more with how you’re beingperceived than how you feel. You may be estranged from your desires, not feel safe in your own mind or body, and therefore be disconnected from your agency and creativity.
This is a great class for artists, self-employed people, people in helping professions, and organizers activists. You’ll learn practical tools and skills to identify and express your boundaries, needs, and desires.
This course will give you practice tools to access your confidence, ask for what you want, say no, take rejection with gratitude, advocate for yourself, harness stress so you can propel yourself to act, and apply these skills outward through examples from TV and film.

There are limited spots available at $199 and $99 for those who have recently lost their SNAP benefits, are on unemployment, who were formerly incarcerated, or who otherwise could not access this program. I will not question your ability to use this option.
You are welcome to email me with your budget if and only if you are in a country that makes this untenable given the exchange rate. Your email should clearly state how much you are able and willing to invest in this course, and need not include anything else. Please consider what you can afford, without going into debt, that will keep you accountable to the work and the group.
Please note: The deadline for refunds is 24 hours before the first class.
AUGUST 5-DAY
Woven’s Business Starter MiniSeries
with Mia + Hannah
VIRTUAL: August 10-14, 6-6:45pm PT / 9-9:45 ET.
5 days of bite sized trainings for those at the beginning stages of their business.
Class 1: Boundaries for Creatives and Entrepreneurs
When you work for yourself, you don't clock in and out. It's easy to find yourself working all the time. You're the one who has to stop checking your email, make sure you take lunch, and don't work through the weekend. Step off that hamster wheel and get a bird's eye view so you can live your life outside of your job.
Class 2: C.R.A.P. Creative Resets for Activated People - Self Regulation Tools to not Crash Out
Learn to stay far away from burnout with these self-regulation practices. We need you healthy, so your business can be healthy.
Class 3: I want to start a business but I dont know what yet
What do you like doing? What do you want to do? What do you already do? What do you not want to do? Who is your work for? Who is it not for? We'll get you that clarity.
Class 4: I'm Scared of Social Media!
Me too, honey. Me too. But social media can function like a living, breathing website that advertises your services while you sleep. Find a relationship with social media that you find healthy (not for us to say!) and start making that content!
Class 5: Skeleton of a Business Plan, but not Scary
What should I put into a business plan? Why do I need a business plan? Help!
You'll receive the recordings after, even if you can't attend live.
Sept 3-MONTH
Woven’s 3-Month ENtrepreneurship Program
with Mia, Hannah Said, + amazing guest teachers
VIRTUAL: Tuesdays and Thursdays, September 8-December 8, 6-8pm PT / 9-11pm ET
If you feel stifled working for other people and want to feel freer to express yourself authentically and get paid well for work you love, we can help you figure out your business plan, what you do and don’t do, who your work is for, how to set rates, market yourself, and build your brand identity without crashing out.
If you run a business and you feel you’ve hit a wall, want to rebrand, need community support, want to feel more creative in your work, or just need some accountabilibuddies, we can help you figure out next steps while connecting you with business experts in finance, social media, content creation, marketing, strategy, and more to help you feel more confident putting yourself and your business out there.
If you feel like a jack of all trades and master of none, if you feel like you do too many things and they’re not related at all (they probably are!), if you feel like you’re supposed to choose just one career, goal, artistic medium, or idea and you want to feel like an integrated, whole person with a coherent and cohesive business who never gets bored, you’re gonna like it here.

communicate better
identify, feel they deserve, and ask for their needs and desires
say no
advocate for themselves
ask for a raise
