One-on-One Sessions
A skill-building program tailored to you
“Consent is an embodied practice. Just like a language, an instrument, or a dance, it can become embodied. Fluency IS embodiment.”
This program will change how you think, how you feel, and how you see the world around you.
I offer private sessions to help you and address systems of oppression that you suffer from (and participate in). Together, we will build a practice for you, by you, that holds you accountable to yourself and others. We’ll work together on unlearning, de-programming, and re-programming habits and patterns, and within 8 weeks you’ll see a huge shift in how you think, move through the world, and navigate conflict.
You can choose from the following sessions, with programs lasting either 8 weeks or 4 months. (Find course descriptions, pricing, and more further down on this page!)
Unblocked: Finding Your Creative Voice
Boundaries + Your Business
Consent Lessons for Cis Men
No matter which program you choose, you get:
A weekly, 1-hour virtual session. This 1-hour timeframe has flexibility to flow; I never end a session before we both feel like we’ve come to a natural end.
My 5-part recorded class The NEW Basics (a $333 value) to start us off with a shared structure and vocabulary to build on.
Suggested assignments to help put what you’re learning into practice.
Access to my “office hours” via text, voice memo, and phone calls if you want extra support between sessions.
You’ll learn to…
confidently, easefully advocate for yourself and others
express yourself more clearly
say “no”
feel and communicate your boundaries, needs, and desires
perceive power dynamics quickly and intuitively
notice your and other people’s emotional states via nonverbal cues
feel your capacity and not go beyond it
do breathing techniques and practice exercises that you can share with others
“Who profits if you like yourself the way you are?”
Why do this work?
Creativity, imagination, and play flow when we feel safe. A strong consent practice can give us a sense of safety within ourselves and our relationships.
This work can be scary, because it’s deep and foundational. It is common to feel fear that, as you access your own power, some of your relationships will fall away. The ones that are holding you back will; the ones that are supporting you will grow stronger as you find deeper vulnerability, intimacy, and trust within them.
You’ll nix some codependent habits, find confidence and grounding, and watch yourself blossom with the ease that comes from this work. If I believed in regrets, the only one I’d have is that I didn’t start sooner.
“ A ‘yes’ only has meaning if you are equally empowered to say ‘no.’”

Unblocked: Finding Your Creative Voice
This program is for emerging and established artists, designers, writers, and creatives. It’s based on Unblocked, my group class on moving through creative blocks and building a strong self-consent practice. Together, we’ll access your creativity, work through perfectionism, mythbust the idea that making money off your work makes you a baaaaaaad evil Capitalist, and find your voice.
This program is for people who…
keep themselves small out of fear — of cancelation, of failure, or of a toxic ex
abandoned a creative practice or medium and want to find their way back
want to embark on a new project without knowing where to start
In addition to The NEW Basics, you’ll also receive my recorded classes Practice Saying No and Nonverbals (a $150 value) and my Boundaries + Consent for People Pleasers workbook, which we’ll look at together.
We’ll tackle topics like:
Perfectionism
People Pleasing
Inner Critic
Imposter Syndrome
Your Voice
Asking for What You Want

Consent Lessons for Cis Men
We aren’t taught consent growing up — at least, not in a clear, concise, direct way. We’re expected to just know what we’re doing, as if it’s like breathing. But we’re all subject to social conditioning that prevents us from being in touch with our bodies and desires, believing we deserve to have our desires met, and communicating them to those we want to be close to.
We’ll begin by exploring three consent frameworks that will form our basic building blocks. Then we’ll use body-awareness exercises to identify and move through shame, defensiveness, and insecurity, which can get in the way of feeling and communicating what we want. We’ll practice feeling your boundaries and desires and communicating them in real time, we’ll talk about masculinity and insecurity, confidence, and using consent with finesse. And you’ll leave the program with a continuing practice that you can use with confidence to advocate for yourself while caring for and respecting others.
My goal is to help you find your desires, find your integrity, and ask for what you want while getting and gauging consent on an ongoing basis and understanding the power dynamics at play between identities.
Boundaries + Your Business
This program is intended for people who are self-employed or in career transitions; for healers, coaches, artists, freelancers, practitioners, and mental health professionals; and for anyone who wants to make their work more creative and sustainable.
We will practice saying no to projects that don’t align, we’ll set and negotiate rates, I’ll share my brand manual and marketing funnel, we’ll mythbust the idea that if you love what you do you shouldn’t make money from it and the idea that making money is the same as being a capitalist. We will brainstorm offerings that feel gratifying and sustainable, talk about your voice, how to find it, and where it can go, and fight the impulse to offer everything to everyone in favor of finding your unique niche. This work has proven again and again to make myself and others more money while staying within your capacity and loving what you do.
Are you taking on projects that feel misaligned? Do you feel like you can’t stop working? Do you feel like you’re headed for burnout in your work life? Are you feeling creatively unfulfilled in your work? This class is for you.
HERE’S WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT their experiences:
A testimonial from a client about our 1:1 sessions — a testament to how much impact doing this work can have!
“Learning about consent has given me a lot of structure to work with. And in that way, has made a lot of my interactions more restful, and less anxious because I have some kind of framework to lean on where I can build a request, and I’m not inventing the language, and I’m not inventing the structure....I think the thing that’s most exciting that I’ve gotten from this work was something that I didn’t anticipate at all, which is food for creativity.”
