Classes for Your Group

I offer 2-session group workshops for your office, your friend group, a group of cis men, or any other group who would like to work together. Email me with information about your group, how many participants, and a little about your goals. I’ll be in touch to schedule a meeting to discuss it further.

One on One Sessions

I offer the following courses as individualized courses, over either 8 weeks or 4 months depending on your needs and learning style:

This work is for anyone who feels they’ve lost their way in work, creativity, or people pleasing. Together we will build a practice for you, by you, that holds you accountable to yourself and to others.

If you’d like to discuss anything — from incorporating consent and boundary work into your own job to the nitty gritty of having a podcast — I am available for booked consultation sessions.
